RECON has provided a wide range of environmental consulting services to federal agencies for the past 50 plus years. Our experience ranges from the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance documents to land use planning, habitat restoration, natural and cultural resource surveys and reporting, and federal resource agency permitting. Representative federal agencies include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, and the Department of Homeland Security (Customs and Border Protection).

Our experience with federal agencies also includes the Department of the Interior bureaus (National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Bureau of Reclamation), Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture (U.S. Forest Service and Natural Resource Conservation Service), Department of Commerce (National Marine Fisheries Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), and Department of Housing and Urban Development. We understand the unique document needs, approval processes, and missions of each federal agency we support so as to provide the right services and documents every time.

RECON assists agencies with the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Environmental Review Online System (HEROS).
