Celebrating Over 54 Years of Service

RECON Environmental was established in San Diego in 1972, the same year the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) were enacted. For more than five decades, RECON has provided environmental consulting and ecological restoration services throughout the broader southwestern United States. Today, RECON is one of the region’s longest-established environmental consulting firms, providing comprehensive, practical solutions for environmental planning, regulatory compliance, natural resources, and ecological restoration.
