As an award-winning consulting firm, we are committed to providing outstanding and responsive environmental consulting services that lead to the success of our clients. We value the trust our clients put in RECON and the partnerships we build.
Celebrating Over 50 Years of Service
RECON Environmental was established in San Diego in 1972 with the enactment of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and in 1977 became a California corporation. We are one of the longest-established environmental consulting firms in the southwestern U.S. Through our ongoing commitment to excellence, we have become a trusted leader in the industry, providing reliable and comprehensive environmental planning and ecological restoration services.
