Working at RECON Environmental, Inc.
We invite you to join the team of talented and dedicated employees that make RECON a leader in environmental planning. Our corporate headquarters is located in beautiful downtown San Diego, California. RECON offers a casual, friendly work environment with a generous benefit package that includes paid time off, company paid medical & dental plans, life insurance, a flexible spending account, a 401(k) plan, an ESOP, a professional development budget, and more. We offer opportunities for career growth in a casual yet professional environment. Become part of a team that truly makes a difference.
One Hundred Percent Employee-owned Company
Since 2010, RECON has been fully employee-owned. Unlike most companies, RECON offers both an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a 401(k) plan. The ESOP provides an additional retirement benefit. ESOPs are funded by a contribution by the employer to the trust and do not require an employee purchase. If employees meet the eligibility requirements of the ESOP, they begin to earn shares of stock. The RECON ESOP means we all take pride in our work and share a stake in RECON’s success. RECON has adopted the ESOP to enable employees to share in the value and the growth of RECON.
Pay Transparency Policy Statement
RECON Environmental will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.
