RECON celebrated its 50th anniversary this year! Since our founding in 1972, RECON has been a leader in environmental consulting and habitat restoration throughout the Southwest. We are thankful for our many trusted clients and partners and the amazing projects that we have had the opportunity to be a part of. Message from the President

Much has changed for RECON over the past 50 years as the environmental and habitat restoration professions have grown to meet the challenges of today. However, one thing has never changed: our dedication to providing the best service for our clients. We appreciate the support we have generated throughout the years, and we intend to continue our commitment to excellence through our work ethic, attention to detail, and client service. Moreover, I would like to thank our team of employee owners for making RECON a truly special and award-winning workplace. I want to thank everybody for your support and I look forward to the future!

Welcome to the Team

We are proud to introduce the newest members of the RECON team this year.

Chelsea Polevy, Biologist

Chelsea is a Biologist and Aquatic Permitting Specialist. Chelsea holds a MS in Natural Resources (Wildlife) from Humboldt State University. She has extensive experience performing aquatic resource delineations and permit applications in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Jacob Dioli, Restoration Ecologist

Jacob is a Restoration Ecologist on our Habitat Restoration Team. Jacob graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Biology, emphasis in Ecology. He has experience with habitat restoration, invasive species control, sensitive species surveys, and vegetation monitoring.

Andie Naugler, Proposal Coordinator

Andie joined our team as a Proposal Coordinator. Andie graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a BA in Journalism and a minor in Sustainability. She is responsible for coordinating RECON’s proposals and supporting our business development team.
