Quality Assurance Program
Quality assurance in all phases of our work
is an ongoing commitment at RECON. Our clients can depend on RECON’s
effective quality assurance program to guide project success and timely
completion. Our approach includes:
- Assigning the most qualified staff for the particular scope of work
based on their technical expertise and availability to successfully
manage or perform the required services.
- Establishing and distributing to all project staff
a working schedule, budget, and project management plan at the onset
of a project that incorporates client goals and requirements
for the project.
- Frequent communications with our clients throughout the duration
of the project regarding expectations, approach, progress, performance
schedule, and any unforeseen project developments.
- Regular review by project managers of fieldwork efforts to ensure
work is performed in accordance with contract requirements.
- Conducting a minimum of three quality reviews of all reports, including
one review by a team leader and one by a professional editor.
- Close monitoring of project budgets and regular distribution of project
budget status reports to project managers and key staff.
- Ongoing personnel training for effective completion of work and professional
growth in their field of expertise.
