Project Manager / Sr Environmental Analyst
We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Sr Environmental Analyst for client interface and to produce high quality documents for challenging projects in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field, and a minimum of 6 years experience. Must have experience with CEQA and knowledge of local regulations. Must have excellent technical writing skills, excellent communications skills, client service attitude, be quality driven, and be able to balance multiple projects and priorities.

Production Specialist
The ideal candidate will have a BA in English, Business, or related field and previous experience working in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment. Must have exceptional grammar skills and keen attention to detail. The position requires a highly organized self-starter with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments. Competent computer skills are a must, including a strong knowledge of MS Word and Adobe Acrobat, Excel and MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities include: Editing for grammar, content, consistency, and organization of technical reports and letters; check for adherence to formatting guidelines; insert graphics, tables, figures, and photographs; preparation of monthly progress reports; prepare delivery and mailing transmittal forms; coordinate meetings/schedules/project deadlines; Administrative duties and Reception phone coverage.

Environmental Analyst
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field, and a minimum of 3 years experience. Must have knowledge of CEQA regulations and experience writing CEQA documents. Must have excellent technical writing skills, excellent communications skills, client service attitude, be quality driven, and be able to balance multiple projects and priorities.

Senior Biologist
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related area, and a minimum of 8 years experience. Must have knowledge of local habitats and sensitive plant and animal species. Must have expert knowledge of CEQA and or NEPA regulations pertaining to biological resources. Will conduct field surveys, and prepare technical reports and biological analysis for environmental documents. Endangered species permit(s) highly desirable and a strong writing ability required.

Restoration Biologist
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related area, and a minimum of 5 years experience writing restoration plans and conducting quantitative and qualitative monitoring of the restored habitat. Must have knowledge of local habitats and sensitive plant and animal species. Must have good understanding of CEQA and or NEPA regulations pertaining to biological resources. Will conduct field surveys, and prepare technical reports and biological analysis for environmental documents.

General Biologist
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related area, and a minimum of 5 years experience. Must have knowledge of local habitats and sensitive plant and animal species. Must have good understanding of CEQA and or NEPA regulations pertaining to biological resources.
